Mojo Monday 81 Challenge

Late as usual on my challenge, there just aren't enough hours in the day, can I get an AMEN on that one! :) This card was for the Mojo Monday sketch that was listed on Monday the 6th. I think the deadline for playing is Sunday evening so I'm posting right under the wire! I thought this was a really great sketch and very easy to work with. When I saw the layout I automatically thought of Bloomin' Beautiful, it just seemed perfect for the sketch with the beautiful rose, verse and little bee. And the Candy Lane paper worked nicely as well. I'm going to keep this short and sweet as I have lots left to do still today to get ready for another work week. I'll post all the card details below.

Card Details:
  • Card Base - 4-1/4 X 5-1/2
  • Stamp Set: Bloomin' Beautiful (#111490)
  • Paper - Pink Pirouette, Riding Hood Red, Close to Cocoa and Candy Lane (#113980) DSP
  • Ink: Black Stazon, Pink Pirouette, Riding Hood Red, Summer Sun and Close to Cocoa
  • Accessories - Trio Flower Punch, Crystal Effects, Scallop Circle Punch, Very Vanilla Satin Ribbon

Thanks so much for stopping by and see you soon!

Embrace Life Scrapbook page

My blog post today is for a scrapbook page. I actually made this for my upline Jaycene @ "Ear"resistable Stampers as a sample. I don't think I've ever posted a SB page! This was a 6 X 6 layout and I was actually happy with the way it turned out! I used the long flower from Embrace Life for the center focal point and the sentiment from that same set for the words. The stamp set has some really great images in it and the same with the paper, it was used during February for lots of Valentine cards and projects but the paper is just generally beautiful and can be used any time. More page details below.

Page Details:
  • Page - 6 X 6
  • Paper - Candy Lane, Pink Pirouette, Close to Cocoa and Riding Hood Red
  • Ink - Riding Hood Red, Pink Pirouette and Certainly Celery Markers
  • Accessories - Boho Blossom Punch, Ticket Corner Punch, Designer Label Punch, Circle Punch and Word Window Punch!! WOW lots of punches! We love our punches.

Well thanks for stopping by again today, hope you enjoy the departure from my regularly card scheduled posting :-) And if you need any of these items that I used in today's project be sure and contact me.
